PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

The World Club Rewards program is offered exclusively to registered travelers of WorldLimo, Ltd, who book travel reservations utilizing WorldLimo's Online service, are residents of the United States (including District of Columbia, Hawaii and Alaska) or Canada.

REWARD PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT

Online reservations made on or after January 1, 2008 by registered travelers are eligble for World Club Rewards.

EARNING AND RECEIVING POINTS

Earn 500 World Club bonus points upon registration to the World Club rewards program and will continue to earn World Club rewards every time a trip is reserved through WorldLimo.com. Reward points will be awarded to participants on a quarterly basis.

World Club reward points issued to registered WorldLimo clients will be valid for the full term of the program. World Club reward participants will redeem accummulated points, in accordance with point specifications for discounts on future WorldLimo reservations, and special gift packages offered by WorldLimo. Should the Rewards Program be discontinued for any reason, all registered World Club participants will be notified and will have 60 days to redeem points.

Registered participants of World Club Rewards, who use their American Express Card are eligible for double bonus points.

World Club reward points are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
